T-shirt dedicated to the Freedom and Independence Association - a national, anti-communist military organization, founded on September 2, 1945 in Warsaw.
Many outstanding soldiers and heroes of the Anticommunist Uprising served in its ranks, including: Edward Taraszkiewicz "Żelazny", Leon Taraszkiewicz "Jastrząb" and Lt. Col. Łukasz Ciepliński "Pług". WiN demanded that the Red Army and the NKVD leave Poland. The organization rejected the shape of the eastern border established in Yalta and opposed political persecution and the devastation of the country by the Soviet troops. The print shows the WiN sign against the background of a jagged but proudly waving Polish flag.
