Description
An extremely impressive illustration refined down to the smallest detail. The main characters are the fathers of regaining Independence: Józef Piłsudski, Ignacy Paderewski and Roman Dmowski. The Polish Uhlan symbolizes thousands of our heroic soldiers who have fought for the freedom of their homeland over the years. The upper part is devoted to one of the most important victorious battles in our history - the Battle of Warsaw.
At the heart of the illustration we will find the Polish Eagle of the Second Polish Republic. Of course, in a closed crown with a cross symbolizing the independence of the State. In the background, the Central Industrial District, one of the largest interwar economic ventures, was presented. The graphic also includes a map of the Polish Borderlands with the most important cities: Vilnius and Lviv.
There could also be a reference to the present day. The T-shirt depicts the Independence March, where on November 11 each year, thousands of Polish patriots proudly celebrate the anniversary of Poland regaining its Independence.
The illustration was made by Krzysztof Domaradzki, especially for Red is Bad.
