Description
We are the official distributor of coins and banknotes issued by the National Bank of Poland. The issue of collector items is an opportunity to commemorate important historical anniversaries and figures, and to develop interest in Polish culture, science and tradition. All coins and banknotes issued by NBP are legal tender in Poland.
As part of the series "Unbreakable soldiers cursed by the communists", soldiers who with courage, bravery and dedication opposed the Soviet terror will be commemorated. The issue of coins is an expression of respect and recognition for those fighting for an independent Republic of Poland in difficult post-war times. For those who emerged victorious from the trial - "They behaved as they should".
On the reverse of the coin there are images of: Stanisław Sojczyński "Warszyc", the Order of Virtuti Militari, a ribbon in the colors of the Republic of Poland with the symbol of Fighting Poland, the inscription: "They behaved as they should" and the dates of birth and death of "Warszyc": 1910–1947. The obverse of the silver coin depicts broken prison bars.
Product details
Each coin is packed in an original capsule and a collector's original box with the NBP sign. Each coin is accompanied by a certificate issued by the National Bank of Poland confirming the authenticity of the coin. The original NBP issue folder is included. The certificate also contains all the information about the coin.
